Each time I plug my WD My E-book Duo, my MacBook Professional (13-inch, 2017, MacOS 13.6.1 (22G313)) crashes. I do not suppose there’s a difficulty with the WD tower; I believe there’s one thing mistaken with the HDD as a result of once I swap out the HDD for an additional, I can learn the brand new HDD.
I’ve received the software program to attempt to recuperate some information from the HDD, however I am unable to even strive since my MacBook crashes the second I plug within the WD tower — I could not even attempt to format the HDD. What are my choices right here. Along with booting in protected mode, I’ve tried plugging within the HDD to a Home windows PC. It will not learn the HDD.
