bootable disk – Bootcamp- your gadget bumped into an issue and must restart

Have had many profitable USB Home windows 10 installs earlier than. Undecided what is going on on right here. I’ve tried creating the USB with a PC utilizing Rufus, Hasleo, and home windows media creation software. Irrespective of, identical error – upon first boot on my macbook, it tells me that the gadget bumped into an issue and must restart. Is that this a problem with my mac set up?
